cold floor hard mattress
the staff was helpful. the location was acceptable, near public transportation.
my room was quite disappointing. the bathroom floor was cold. i could not walk barefoot in there. also, the mattress was too hard. it was not comfortable at all.

a pleasant city stay
accessible subway crisp bedding responsive staff nice bar
the hotel is very accessible from the subway system a quick ride brought me directly to the hotel entrance. the rooms were clean the bedding was crisp i slept well. i found the staff very responsive to any requests i made. a nice bar area made the experience even better
the gym equipment is a bit dated it functions but could use some upgrades

the breakfast buffet included a variety of hot and cold dishes there was also an omelet station where i could request a custom omelet. the dining area was spacious the staff kept it clean.
